To submit an application for adjudication of a registered trademark dispute, the following three conditions must be met: 1. The applicant must be a trademark registrant, and the date of registration of his trademark precedes the date of registration of the disputed trademark. 2. It must be submitted within the specified time limit. Article 27 of my country’s Trademark Law stipulates: “If there is a dispute over a registered trademark, you may apply to the Trademark Review and Adjudication Board for a ruling within one year from the date the trademark is approved for registration.” 3. The object of application for dispute ruling must be a trademark that has been registered for less than one year, and the two trademarks in dispute must involve the same or similar trademarks.
