1. Apply for and obtain patent authorization in electronic form: log in to the patent business handling system; Click "Download Patent Certificate"; Enter the patent application number and click "Query"; In the query results, click "Download".

2. Apply in paper form and obtain patent authorization: get the notice of receiving electronic patent certificate; Log in to the patent business handling system; Click "Download Patent Certificate"; Enter the patent application number, patent certificate extraction code and verification code, and click "Download".
