The driver is not installed, the graphics card is not plugged in, or your card has been bios-swiped, which means it is a fake card. For the N card with ordinary driver, four items, OpenCL, CUDA, PhysX and DirectCompute 5.0, are enabled by default. In your screenshot, I only see that CUDA is normal.
Also, the GPU should display the chip code of GTS450: GF 106, the sub-manufacturer should be the trademark letter of Galaxy, and so on. This is too suspicious.
