What else does a Taiwanese company need to do to transfer a trademark to a mainland company besides notarization?

The other Taiwanese company wants to transfer the trademark to our mainland company. The trademark is registered in mainland China. I would like to ask, according to the trademark transfer process, a trademark transfer notarization is required. Can this notarization be done in Taiwan? If possible, after the notarization is done in Taiwan, do we still need to do any work on the mainland?

For specific transfer procedures, please refer to the China Trademark Network (sbj.saic.gov.cn) → Trademark Application Guide → How to apply for transfer of a registered trademark/registration application. Whether notarization is required will be determined by the examiner based on the circumstances after review. Notarization can be done in Taiwan, and then transferred to the Beijing Notary Association through the Straits Exchange Foundation for comparison and certification.
