China Liu Yanghe Liquor Co., Ltd., established in September, 1998, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Merchants Group. 1September 1998, the group company bought out the right to use and ownership of the trademark "Liu Yanghe wine". Liu Yanghe Liquor Industry Co., Ltd. is an independent entity and is not affiliated to Wuliangye Group. "Liu Yanghe Liquor" is based on the production of Yibin Wuliangye Winery, and Wuliangye is completely used as the base liquor. At present, the red Liuyang River is produced by Wuliangye Group, and the blue Liuyang River is produced locally in Liuyang.

Yanghe Daqu is produced in Yanghe New District, Suqian City, Jiangsu Province. Yanghe Daqu is a specialty of Suqian City, Jiangsu Province, and belongs to the brand of Jiangsu Yanghe Winery Co., Ltd.
