Liquor is a distilled liquor with grain as the main raw material, which is cooked, saccharified and fermented. Because of its special technology and raw materials, it has formed a charming fragrance. Of course, the liquor produced in each region will be different to some extent, but that kind of mellow is indispensable.

Second, through tasting.

For example, once I went to my uncle's house in the paddock, they took out a bottle of their own aged white wine. I never drink alcohol, but after tasting it, I feel very delicious and mellow, and the smell is indescribable. Only when I personally tasted it can I feel that kind of beauty, mellow and authentic.

Some are cheaper or less formal white spirits, and you can feel them by yourself. It doesn't taste right. I always feel something worse.

Third, through observation.

Most white spirits are transparent and have no impurities. At least so far, I haven't seen other colors and states of liquor, so we can see the transparency of liquor through observation.
