A special product brought by relatives from my hometown during the Chinese New Year, Qingzhou No. 1 pastry, plain and bland, the packaging is a bit earthy, I just opened it and I will eat it now. I didn’t expect it to be amazing. It tastes better than many of the gorgeously packaged snacks on the market.
There are black sesame fillings, rose fillings and white cloud fillings. The rose tastes very rich and fragrant, like a flower cake, very tender, and the black sesame filling is very mellow and tastes very real, without the taste of additives. Baiyun filling should be original white sugar filling, not sweet at all and has a good taste.
In short, it has the taste and texture of old-fashioned pastries. Personally, I think it's more delicious than burning a certain village. I won't get tired of eating three cakes in one go.
