The most famous specialties in Jiangxi are Gougunao Tea, Nankang Sweet Pomelo, Guangfeng Majia Pomelo, Nanfeng Tangerine and Gannan Navel Orange.

1. Gougunao Tea

Gougunao Tea was first made in the late Ming Dynasty, with a history of 3 years. In 1983, it was rated as a famous tea in Jiangxi province, and in 1985, it was rated as a high-quality famous tea in Jiangxi province, and was selected and sent to the national famous tea exhibition and evaluation meeting.

Gougunao tea leaves are delicate and even, slightly revealing dark green in the blue color, and the surface is covered with a layer of soft and tender white hair. There are five to seven tea leaves, and the tea is clear and golden, and the tea tastes cool, fragrant and sweet.

2. Nankang Sweet Pomelo

Nankang Sweet Pomelo has been planted in Ganzhou for more than 1,5 years. Due to the specific environmental climate and soil conditions, coupled with traditional planting techniques, Nankang Sweet Pomelo has formed its unique appearance characteristics. The fruit and leather are fragrant with Cinnamomum camphora, the pulp is crisp and tender, the slag is refreshing, it is beeswax-colored, and the honey is sweet and slightly apple-flavored, with a lasting aftertaste.

3. Guangfeng Majiayue

Guangfeng Majiayue is a variety of red-heart pomelo, which was recognized by Jiangxi Crop Variety Approval Committee in December 29 and is one of the eight major pomelo categories in China. Majia pomelo in Guangfeng is an excellent local variety, and its planting history can be traced back to the Ming Chenghua period.

4. Nanfeng tangerine

Nanfeng tangerine, also known as Nanfeng tangerine, is rich in more than 4 vitamins and trace elements such as amino acids and selenium, and has been a royal tribute since the Tang Dynasty. Nanfeng Tangerine is a well-known trademark in China, a famous agricultural product and a green food in China, with an average annual output of 3 billion Jin, which is sold in China and more than 4 countries and regions.

5. Gannan navel orange

Gannan navel orange is large and straight, bright orange red, smooth and beautiful, with an edible rate of 85%, crisp and tender meat, slag, sweet and fragrant flavor, and contains more than 55% juice. Gannan navel orange has been listed as one of the eleven dominant agricultural products in China and won the title of Chinese famous fruit.
