Where to apply for a Linyi forklift license?

The Linyi forklift license can be obtained from the Quality Supervision Bureau.

The forklift driving license (forklift license) is the "Special Operations Operation Certificate of the People's Republic of China" issued by the State Administration of Work Safety. Forklifts can only be used in the workplace of the unit.

Before taking the forklift certificate test, you must first learn to drive a forklift. You must receive training through a formal training institution. The training institution will then submit materials to the municipal safety supervision bureau personnel to assess the driver. Application conditions and information:

1. Have a junior high school education or above;

2. Over 18 years old and in good health;

The above must bring your ID card, academic certificate (one copy of each), 4 recent 2-inch color photos without a hat, and a safety education and training certificate and internship certificate from the Bureau of Quality Supervision

According to Article 13 of the "Regulations on the Administration of Safety Technical Training and Assessment for Special Operations Personnel", personnel who participate in the special operation operation qualification examination shall fill in an examination application form, which shall be issued by the applicant or the applicant's employer with an academic certificate or a training institution. Applications for training certificates must be made to the assessment and certification authority or the unit entrusted by it at the place of residence or place of employment of the applicant.

After receiving the application, the assessment and certification authority or its entrusted unit shall organize the examination within 60 days.

The special operations operation qualification examination consists of two parts: a safety technology theory examination and a practical operation examination. If you fail the exam, you are allowed to take the exam one more time. Those who still fail the re-examination shall retake the corresponding safety technical training.
