How to change company name and trademark

After the trademark is approved for registration, if the name, address or other registration information of the trademark registrant changes, the trademark registrant shall apply to the Trademark Office for the corresponding change procedures. There are two ways to handle the change of address of a trademark applicant: (1) Entrust a trademark agency registered with the Trademark Office to handle the change. (2) The applicant goes directly to the registration hall of the Trademark Office to apply. To apply to change the address of the trademark applicant/registrant, submit the following documents: (1) "Application Form"; (2) Documents proving the applicant's subject qualifications (such as a copy of the enterprise's business license, the natural person's ID card/passport, etc.) The original and the applicant's stamped or signed copy (the original will be returned after comparison); (3) The applicant submits a copy of the handler's ID card if it is submitted directly at the trademark registration hall; the applicant entrusts a trademark agency to submit it "Agency Letter"; (4) When changing the address of a trademark applicant/registrant, you do not need to submit proof of change, except for cross-border changes of address. If a natural person changes his address across nationalities, he must submit documents proving his right of residence in the country where the address is after the change.
