According to the classification of trademark structure, it can be divided into the following nine types:

1. Word trademark. It refers to a trademark consisting only of words, including Chinese characters and ethnic minority characters, foreign characters and Arabic numerals, or trademarks composed of various different characters.

2. Graphic trademark. Refers to a trademark consisting solely of graphics.

3. Letter trademark. It refers to the smallest writing unit using pinyin characters or phonetic symbols, including trademarks composed of pinyin characters and foreign letters.

4. Digital trademark. A trademark composed of Arabic numerals, Roman numerals or Chinese capital letters.

5. Three-dimensional logo and trademark. Also known as a three-dimensional trademark, a trademark mark is composed of a three-dimensional object mark with three dimensions: length, width, and height.

6. Color combination trademark. A color combination trademark refers to a trademark composed of two or more colors arranged and combined.

7. Combination of trademarks. Refers to a trademark composed of a combination of two or more components, also known as a composite trademark.

8. Audio trademark. A trademark that uses a set of musical notes or a special sound as a product or service is a sound trademark.

9. Smell trademark. Smell trademarks use a special smell as a trademark to distinguish different goods and services.
