(2) Self-designed advertisements publishing the company’s products, trademarks and other contents on private vehicles are allowed to be placed on the following motor vehicles: buses, station wagons with more than 9 seats (excluding 9 seats), and vans. This type of advertisements on the body of motor vehicles shall be registered by the vehicle owner to the Industry and Commerce Branch where the unit is registered (units registered in the Municipal Industry and Commerce Bureau may apply for registration to the Industry and Commerce Branch at the place of business). If the company's name, address, and telephone number are only marked on both sides of the body of a socially owned vehicle, advertising registration is not required, but the text and numbers can only be placed on both sides of the body, and the height must not exceed 20 centimeters.

(5) Signature of legal person. (6) Business license of advertiser and advertising business unit. (7) Advertising business license. (8) Advertising contract. (9) Position (Vehicle) Use Agreement. (10) Advertising review decision documents made by the relevant administrative departments that are required by laws and administrative regulations. (11) Advertising design samples and renderings that the industrial and commercial administration department believes should be submitted. Other supporting documents, such as photos, advertising renderings, etc.
