Twenty years ago, Yu Jinggan, the founder of Xingyi, gave up the "golden rice bowl" of the Ministry of Construction and came to Guangzhou, the frontier of China's reform and opening up. In order to find an employment platform for a large number of frustrated villagers who flocked to Guangzhou to work, he founded Guangdong Xingyi Decoration Co., Ltd., and like most private institutions in China, employees characterized by geography, consanguinity and consanguinity constitute the original force of the company's entrepreneurship. When the country was in trouble, star artists stepped forward. In 2008, after the "5. 12 Wenchuan Earthquake", Xingyi Company in the disaster area organized ten trucks of relief materials to be transported into the disaster area at the first time. All the staff of Xingyi actively donated money to help build three schools in Mianyang, Dujiangyan and other disaster areas. The leaders of the group successively went to the disaster area to direct the donation and construction of the school. In particular, Mr. Yu Jinggan organized and commanded more than 20 volunteer design teams in tents on the ruins of the disaster area, and stationed in the hardest hit areas to help the victims design houses and supervise the construction.
