Article 1 These Detailed Rules are formulated in accordance with the Provisions on the Marked Price of Goods and Services (hereinafter referred to as the Provisions). Article 2 The enterprises mentioned in Article 2 of the Regulations include:

(3) Enterprises invested by Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan businessmen in Chinese mainland.

"Fees" in Article 2 of the Regulations include operating fees and administrative fees. Article 3 The commodities and services in state price must be priced in strict accordance with the provisions of the state; The prices of goods and services at state-guided prices should be strictly controlled within the prescribed scope; Goods and services with liberalized prices shall be priced independently according to market supply and demand. Article 4 The competent authorities in charge of supervising and inspecting the implementation of clearly marked prices of goods and services are price inspection agencies at all levels. Article 5 Goods and services shall be clearly marked by means of price tag, price list, price tag, price tag, price book (volume) and price list (hereinafter referred to as "price tag or price list"). In addition to the implementation of the relevant provisions of these rules, the price inspection agencies of provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government and cities under separate state planning or their authorized local (city) and county-level price inspection agencies may be determined according to the actual situation in the region and the different characteristics of various industries. Article 6 The price tag or price list shall disclose commodity prices or charging standards in the form of "display", "display" and "hanging" according to the characteristics of the industry and the actual situation of the department. Article 10 The price tag or price list must indicate the amount of RMB in yuan, jiao and fen, and the price tag or price list for large-value and huge-sum transactions can be in the unit of "10,000 yuan". Article 11 Where a store, commodity cabinet, foreign-related hotel, hotel or travel agency specializes in foreign-related commodities, its price tag or price list shall indicate the price or charging standard in Chinese and foreign languages respectively. Article 12 In ethnic autonomous areas, Chinese characters and commonly used minority languages can be used to indicate prices or charging standards. Article 16 Commodities must be clearly marked with the original price and current price to distinguish them from normal commodity prices. Article 20 Units and individuals that use venues, museums, houses, buildings, public facilities and other places to provide paid services (temporary) shall indicate the service items or scope such as the way, facilities, area, time (duration) of providing services in the price list. Twenty-first acquisition of agricultural and sideline products or waste materials must be published at the acquisition point, indicating the name, specification, grade, valuation unit and purchase price. Twenty-second the price of agricultural and sideline products set by the competent pricing department shall be announced by the purchasing department in a prominent position at the purchasing point. Twenty-third goods entering the means of production trading market shall be marked with the name, place of origin, specifications, model (brand) number, pricing unit and sales price.
