Because of the cold in winter, it is suitable for cultivation in low mountain valleys with short frost period in winter. Wan Lun is a late-maturing variety of navel oranges, the output of which accounts for less than 20% of all navel oranges, and the market demand is strong. Compared with Jiangxi, Zhejiang, Hunan and other places, which are susceptible to low temperature in winter, the specific climatic conditions in the Three Gorges reservoir area and the planting areas below 300 meters above sea level on both sides of the river are warm and humid, which is most suitable for developing a late-maturing variety-Wan Lun navel orange.
