1. Trademark registration power of attorney, the applicant must sign and seal the power of attorney. Clear trademark drawing (1 copy), electronic version of the drawing.

2. Applicant’s qualification certification materials: If applying in the name of a company, attach a copy of the business license; if applying in the name of an individual, attach a copy of the ID card or passport.

3. List the registered goods or services and indicate the trademark category. The trademark classification can be queried from the "Trademark Classification Table" column of the website. 4. If the applied trademark has never been used in the United States, a "Certificate of Intention to Use" should be prepared.
