Nanjing Ten Dynasties Historical and Cultural Park is located in Xiamafang Ruins Park, Sifang City 1, Zhongshan Scenic Area. The original site is the factory area of Nanjing Zhongshan Watch Factory, covering an area of nearly 350 mu, with a building area of about 2 1000 square meters (* * 10 building). The development ideas and objectives of the project are: relying on the unique resource advantages of Zhongshan Scenic Area, integrating Nanjing's historical and cultural resources, focusing on the historical essence of Nanjing as the "ancient capital of ten dynasties", highlighting the central position of Nanjing's history and culture in the history of China, creating a cultural and commercial industrial park with distinctive historical and cultural tourism characteristics, enriching and perfecting the cultural tourism function of Zhongshan Scenic Area, and making positive contributions to promoting the strategy of "Cultural Nanjing".

The Ten Dynasties Historical and Cultural Park integrates exhibition, cultural management, tourism development, carbon-free office, academic exchange and interactive experience. Its functional orientation is: patriotism and social humanities education base, window to show Nanjing's history and culture, garden to inherit historical and cultural heritage, distinctive cultural tourism and leisure scenic spot, cultural industrial park with equal emphasis on public welfare and management, and new landmark of Nanjing's urban culture.

In terms of the function and orientation of the project, we should correctly handle the relationship between public welfare undertakings and cultural industries, insist on public welfare projects as industries, industrial projects as public welfare, promote industries with public welfare, and promote public welfare with industries, so as to finally achieve a win-win development of social and economic benefits.

Third, the overall layout of the park.

The Ten Dynasties Historical and Cultural Park consists of five areas: exhibition hall area, cultural management area, outdoor landscape area, business R&D office area and performing arts area.

(1) exhibition area-including two theme pavilions: Nanjing Ten Dynasties Historical and Cultural Exhibition Hall and the completed scenic park will be located in the Ming Tombs Museum at the end of the city; There are five special museums: Jinling Fodu Museum, Ten Dynasties Treasures Museum, Jinwen Yunjin Art Museum, Guanpu Ming Style Furniture Art Museum and Jinling Shidao Museum. The total area is 9200 square meters.

(2) Cultural business district-mainly distributed on the first floor of each building, with a total area of about 5,500 square meters. Nanjing Ten Dynasties Historical and Cultural Exhibition Hall: The theme venue of Nanjing Ten Dynasties Historical and Cultural Park, located in Building 4 in the middle of the park, with a construction area of 3,260 square meters, is planned and constructed by Nanjing Zhongshan Cultural Development Co., Ltd. The exhibition hall takes the history of the Ten Dynasties as the main line, with the collection of pictures, multimedia and experiential supporting facilities as the main body. It fully demonstrates the political, cultural, economic, military, scientific and technological and institutional construction of the history of Nanjing in the Ten Dynasties, and highlights the unique charm of the history and culture of the ancient capital Nanjing. It is the window and base for the general public and tourists to fully understand and feel the history and culture of Nanjing in the Ten Dynasties.

◆ Ming Mausoleum Museum: Located in Building 2 and Building 3 in the north of the park, with a construction area of about 5,000 square meters, it was invested and built by Sun Yat-sen Mausoleum Administration and opened in February 2009. The exhibition hall consists of "Daming Tomb" theme exhibition hall, 360-degree circular screen cinema, Guanpu Ming-style furniture art museum, Daming Life Museum, temporary exhibition hall and stationery supermarket. This paper aims to show the unique cultural charm of Ming Tombs, a world heritage, from multiple angles and forms, and explain the profound connotation of Ming culture.

◆ Jinling Fodu Pavilion: the characteristic pavilion of the Ten Dynasties Historical and Cultural Exhibition Hall, located on the fourth floor of the exhibition hall. A long history of Buddhism, great virtues of monks, endless Buddhist classics, colorful Buddhist sects, rich and splendid Buddhist relics, unique Jinling scriptures and unparalleled Buddhist relics all show that Nanjing is not only a famous historical and cultural city in China, but also a veritable Buddhist capital in the south of the Yangtze River.

Treasure Hall of the Ten Dynasties: a special hall of the Historical and Cultural Exhibition Hall of the Ten Dynasties, located on the first floor of the exhibition hall, with a construction area of about1130m2. The Ten Dynasties Treasure Museum aims to publicize and promote Nanjing's historical and cultural heritage, and to protect and inherit the cultural traditions of the Chinese nation. Its functional orientation is: integrating exhibition, promotion, sales and operation, appraisal and collection, auction evaluation and training products; Gather Jinling's fine arts and crafts and introduce Nanjing's famous arts and crafts teachers. Engaged in Yunjin creation and ancient silk weaving technology research for more than 30 years, presided over and participated in more than ten national, provincial and municipal scientific research projects. Now he is a member of the Association of Intangible Cultural Heritage Experts and Clerks, and was awarded the only title of "Yunjin Silk Weaving" by the provincial government.

Guanpu Ming Style Furniture Art Museum: Located on the first floor of Building 3, it is the first Ming Style Furniture Art Museum in Jiangnan. The Art Museum integrates Ming-style furniture and qing-style furniture, and is built by invited experts from the Ming Tombs Museum, Zhaizhuang Road Art Treasures Workshop in Wuwei, Nanjing Forestry University and Shanghai Museum. From the first floor to the third floor, people can enjoy and buy their long-cherished treasures from strange stones of different sizes, styles and shapes, as well as all kinds of strange stones from all over the country and even around the world; From the simple, natural, quiet and elegant ornamental stones, we can also feel the beauty of "silent poems, three-dimensional paintings and solidified music" of natural strange stones and the profoundness of China stone culture.

Shichao: Located at the entrance of the park 1. Ten stone pillars representing the culture of ten dynasties are arranged in historical order to form a stone pillar array, which carries and displays the historical information and cultural connotation of each dynasty.

Tiansheng Mausoleum: Located in the central square of the park. The ancient south guide car was placed in the center of the sunken small garden, supported by a circular base, which visually had the feeling of focusing on the same circle as the center. Around the small garden, three groups of city walls showing the old capital of the Ten Dynasties were placed in turn, echoing the south guide car and placed in the grass on the ground, so that the audience could not only understand the history of Nanjing's urban development, but also rest on the stone platform.

Shadow of the Buddha's Light Pagoda: Two replica pagodas are placed on the central axis of the park, namely, the Dabaoen Temple Pagoda in Jinling and the Ashoka Pagoda. Both towers are equipped with square bases, which adopt the traditional Sumitomo style, and the four sides of the bases are engraved with the reliefs of Jinling Eight Temples. On the south side of the stupa, there are four statues of famous Buddhist monks, namely, Kang Senhui, Liang Wudi, Ke Zheng and Yang Renshan. Show the origin of Buddhist culture and Jinling history.

Idiom Gallery: Located on the west side of the central square of the park. A Republic of China-style corridor with a length of about140m shows visitors 105 idioms and allusions closely related to the old capital Nanjing. Wenyuan Huaying: Located on both sides of Shinto in the south of the park. On the west side of Shinto, there are six groups of Jinling famous poems, paintings and stone carvings running through the scenic spot. The audience can follow the guidance of the poem, sing and admire while walking, and appreciate the artistic conception of classical poetry and the profoundness of Jinling culture. On the east side of Shinto is the celebrity sculpture garden, where there are nine celebrity stone carvings such as Sun Yat-sen, Sun Quan and Zhu Yuanzhang.
