Is Zhou Hei Ya’s poster considered infringement?

Zhou Heiya’s poster is self-created and there is no infringement on it.

But if someone else uses Zhou Heiya’s poster and makes slight changes, it will be considered infringement. In recent years, as the Zhou Hei Ya brand has become well-known to the public, Zhou Hei Ya's business has gradually expanded. In order to avoid trademark infringement, Zhou Hei Ya also officially applied to the National Trademark Office for registration.

Previously, Zhou Hei Ya Company discovered that Xifu Ju Fang Company used the trademarks "Zhou Hei Ya" and "Zhou Hei Ya and Patterns" on the signboards and shopping bags of its deli and braised products store without permission. Zhou Hei Ya Company claimed that it had infringed the trademark rights brought the matter to court. In the end, the Beijing Intellectual Property Court made a ruling: Xifu Jufang Company was found to compensate Zhou Heiya in the amount of 30,000 yuan and reasonable expenses of 1,000 yuan. According to the official website of the Trademark Office, at present, Hubei Zhou Hei Ya Enterprise Development Co., Ltd. has applied for 520 trademarks. From this point of view, Zhou Hei Ya's trademark protection is relatively comprehensive.
