1. Obtained the business license of legal person and the registration certificate of foreign trade operators according to law, and handled the import and export enterprise code.

2. The export amount of enterprises under the statistical caliber of the Canton Fair must meet the following minimum standards

(Note: the export amount under the statistical caliber of the Canton Fair refers to the export amount of general trade and import processing trade counted by China Customs after deducting non-sample products such as rice, soybeans, crude oil, refined oil, coal, coke, metallic and non-metallic mineral products and tobacco):

4. Enterprises under any of the following circumstances are prohibited from participating in the exhibition:

(1) Enterprises that violate laws and regulations announced to the public by the Ministry of Commerce are prohibited from participating in the exhibition during the announcement period.

(2) Enterprises that violate the rules and regulations notified by the state departments of industry and commerce, customs, taxation, quality inspection, foreign exchange, environmental protection and drug administration are prohibited from participating in the exhibition within the penalty period.

(3) an enterprise that has been found to be infringed by a judicial organ, an arbitration organ or an intellectual property administrative organ.

(4) Enterprises that illegally transfer or sublet (sell) the booth of the Canton Fair and are within the penalty period.

(5) Enterprises that have participated in a certain exhibition area for four consecutive years (since the 113th Canton Fair in 213) and still have no export value corresponding to the category of the exhibition area are prohibited from continuing to participate in the exhibition area until it is confirmed that they have the export value of the category of the exhibition area (this export value refers to the export value under the statistics of the Canton Fair).

V. Exhibits Requirements

Exhibits under any of the following circumstances are prohibited from participating in the exhibition:

(1) Exhibits not specified in the Exhibits Scope of China Import and Export Fair (Export Exhibition).

(2) Exhibits that do not conform to the Product Quality Law of the People's Republic of China, the Import and Export Commodity Inspection Law of the People's Republic of China and other relevant laws and regulations on the quality of export products.

(3) Exhibits involving trademarks, patents and copyrights, but without legal right certificates or use license contracts.

(4) Exhibits with bad records in commercial, entry-exit inspection and quarantine institutions, pharmaceutical and other quality supervision and management departments that have not passed the re-inspection.

VI. Exhibitors must undertake to accept and abide by the relevant provisions and management regulations of the Canton Fair Export Exhibition, including the Responsibility Letter for the Use of the Booth of the Canton Fair Export Exhibition, the Instructions for Exhibitors of the China Import and Export Fair Export Exhibition, and the Service Guide for Exhibitors of the China Import and Export Fair Export Exhibition.
