1. First make an appointment online. Note: The person in charge can log in only after applying for a digital certificate. Users who use digital certificates for the first time need to register user information first. Please truthfully fill in your name, ID number and other basic personal information according to the system requirements. After completing the filling, please read the terms of service carefully, click to agree to the above terms of service, and submit the letter;
2. After the user has successfully registered, choose to enter the online registration system and conduct related business processing;
3. After entering the online registration, please click "Cancel Registration" and remember not to select the entire process;
4. Fill in the registration number and name;
5. Reason for cancellation: The investor decided to dissolve. After confirming that it is correct, select "Temporary Save" and then click "Submit Application";
6. After successful submission, click "Return to My Console" to query "All Your Application Records";
7. Select "Appointment" and "Service Hall". Then select the "appointment date" and "appointment time period" when you want to apply, enter the "verification code" and click: Submit. There will be a prompt: Are you sure you want to save the reservation? Click OK. Another reminder is that the appointment is successful, your appointment number is xxxxx, then click OK;
8. A message appears: Are you sure you want to print the appointment notice? , then click OK. Finally, print it out and apply during the appointment time;
9. When going to apply, you must bring a copy of your ID card, the original, and the original and duplicate of your business license.
