How to transfer the trademark?
The trademark transfer method is as follows:

1, there are three forms of trademark transfer: contract transfer, subsequent transfer and transfer due to administrative orders;

2. The applicant applies for trademark transfer in the reception hall of the Trademark Office, or may entrust a qualified trademark agency to handle trademark transfer on his behalf;

3. Sign the trademark entrustment purchase contract number and pay the deposit, provide relevant documents, handle trademark notarization and sign the required documents;

4. Fax the notarial certificate of trademark transfer to the buyer, and the buyer and the notary office will confirm the procedures and pay for the purchase;

5. Deliver the original trademark registration certificate, notarial certificate and other documents to the buyer, and submit the signed application and power of attorney to the Trademark Office;

6. The Trademark Office will issue an acceptance letter within one month and an approval certificate within ten to twelve months.

Trademark transfer shall meet the following conditions:

1. If the registered trademark is transferred to others, it shall go through the transfer formalities with the Trademark Office;

2. Where the exclusive right to use a trademark is transferred due to merger, merger or reorganization of an enterprise, it shall go through the formalities for the transfer of a registered trademark at the Trademark Office;

3, according to the court's decision to transfer the exclusive right to use a trademark, it should also go through the transfer procedures;

4. When transferring a trademark, it is necessary to transfer the similar trademark at hand. When transferring or transferring a trademark, an application for transfer/application for registered trademark should be filled in. From September 15, 2002, a trademark that has been applied for but not approved for registration may also apply for transfer or assignment.

Legal basis: Article 3 of the Trademark Law of People's Republic of China (PRC).

Trademarks approved for registration by the Trademark Office are registered trademarks, including commodity trademarks, service trademarks, collective trademarks and certification trademarks; Trademark registrants enjoy the exclusive right to use trademarks and are protected by law.

The term "collective trademark" as mentioned in this Law refers to a sign registered in the name of a group, association or other organization for members of the organization to use in business activities, so as to show the membership of users in the organization.

The term "certification trademark" as mentioned in this Law refers to a mark controlled by an organization with the ability to supervise goods or services and used by units or individuals outside the organization to prove the origin, raw materials, manufacturing methods, quality or other specific qualities of the goods or services.

Special matters concerning the registration and management of collective trademarks and certification trademarks shall be stipulated by the administrative department for industry and commerce of the State Council.
