On April 17, 1998, the company was established. The founder (current chairman Shen Jianhua) rented a factory of more than 100 square meters and officially hung up the "Qingmei Company" brand. At that time, there were only 6 employees. Man, the means of transportation is only a yellow fish car.
On May 5, 1998, the Qingmei trademark was officially launched.
On December 18, 2000, the company moved to a factory of more than 3,500 square meters on Qingqing Road, ***. The workshop was built into a fully enclosed modern factory with 12 production lines; it owned 32 refrigerated trucks. vehicles, the number of employees has increased to more than 200, and the daily feeding capacity has reached 30 tons of soybeans.
In 2001, Qingmei soybean products entered universities such as Fudan University, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, and Shanghai Tongji University for the first time.
In 2002, Qingmei soybean products entered major supermarkets in Shanghai one after another, with the variety increasing from 35 to 52, and the annual output value increasing from 30 million yuan to 50 million yuan. In 2003, the first batch of more than 50 specialty stores were opened in Shanghai, and Qingmei's long-term development strategic pattern began.
In 2004, Qingmei products began to move to the Yangtze River Delta region, and more than 80 stores were opened in Jiangsu and Zhejiang provinces.
In April 2005, the production and sales volume of Qingmei soybean products ranked first in the country for the first time in the same industry.
On January 30, 2006, the second day of the Lunar New Year, Qingmei officially moved to its new factory site in Nanhui District, Shanghai. (Now Sanzao Industrial Park, Pudong New Area)
On November 16, 2006, the company laid the first pile for the second phase of the project, marking the official start of the construction of the second phase of Qingmei Company.
In March 2007, the construction of the Qingmei West District factory started.
On May 28, 2007, the company’s exhibition hall and museum to promote Chinese tofu culture were completed.
The company’s 10th anniversary celebration on April 17, 2008.
Since 2006, tens of thousands of people from home and abroad come to Qingmei Company every year.
In July 2009, Chairman Shen Jianhua was honored to be elected as a representative of the Fourth People’s Congress of Pudong New Area.
In October 2009, Zhao Benshan led the crew of "Country Love Story" to Qingmei Company for filming.
In January 2010, Qingmei Company was awarded the "China Famous Trademark". It is also the only company in China's soy products industry to win this honor so far.
In February 2010 (the third day of the Lunar New Year), CCTV1 broadcast "Country Love Story" during prime time, bringing Qingmei Company into the national spotlight.
In April 2010, Qingmei Company was determined to become one of the recommended suppliers of main and auxiliary ingredients for the world-famous Shanghai World Expo. We will provide our products for the 6-month expo (May-October).
