When assigning a registered trademark, a trademark registrant shall assign the same or similar trademark registered on the same or similar goods. The application for assignment of a registered trademark shall not cause misunderstanding, confusion or other adverse effects.

After the transfer application is submitted, the Trademark Office shall issue a Notice of Acceptance to the transferee for the transfer application that meets the acceptance conditions; At the same time, according to the address of the registrant recorded by the Trademark Office, send a copy of the Notice of Acceptance to the registrant (except for those registered in foreign countries and Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan).
