What are the requirements for the outer packaging labeling of rice?

Requirements: Rice is only grade one, grade two, certified green and organic, which should be marked on the outer packaging.

According to the national standard GB/T17109 "Grain Distribution Packaging", rice packaging materials should be: safe, hygienic, non-toxic, non-polluting; strong enough and not easily damaged; have no physical or chemical reaction with rice; and have Moisture-proof, mildew-proof, insect-proof, and can extend the shelf life of rice.

According to the national standard GB/T17109-1997 grain sales packaging regulations, rice outer packaging labels should include: net content, product name, implementation standard number and quality grade; the name of the producer (seller), Address and trademark; production date and shelf life; storage instructions and instructions for use of special rice; special instructions, barcodes and necessary anti-counterfeiting labels.

Rice testing standards:

The national testing standards for rice were originally formulated in 1986, GB1354- 1986 rice. Later, with the development of rice planting technology, the relationship between grain supply and demand and market demand changed.

Since 2002, the National Standards Committee has made new revisions to the rice testing standards. Finally, in 2009, the comprehensive national standard GB1354-2009 "Rice" was promulgated, which further clarified the quality requirements of rice, and has been adopted to this day.
