(1) individuals applying for trademark registration shall submit the following application documents:
1. Application for trademark registration signed by the applicant.
2. Six trademark designs (one on the back of the application and five on the back), with clear designs and specifications of not less than 5 cm in length and width and not more than 1 cm. If a color is specified, stick a color sample, cross-color 5 patterns, and attach a black and white pattern.
3. Submit the power of attorney for trademark agency. (If you handle it yourself, you don't need it)
4. Copy of ID card and business license of individual industrial and commercial households
(2) If you apply for trademark registration in the name of a legal person or other organization, you should submit the following application documents
1. An application for trademark registration stamped with the official seal of the applicant.
2. Six trademark designs (one attached on the back of the application and five handed in) require clear designs, and the specifications are not less than 5 cm in length and width and not more than 1 cm. If a color is specified, attach 1 color sample, 5 cross-colored patterns and 1 black-and-white pattern.
3. A copy of the applicant's qualification certificate (generally a copy of the business license, and note that it is a copy rather than the original)
4. A trademark agency power of attorney stamped with the applicant's official seal.
5. If the trademark applied for registration is a portrait of a person, a notarized statement that the portrait owner agrees to use this portrait as a trademark registration shall be attached.
The Trademark Office will issue an acceptance notice in about one month; The announcement period of preliminary examination is 3 months; It takes about one year to complete the whole trademark registration.
