Scope of expropriation: All houses and ancillary facilities on state-owned land within the expropriation red line of the Dongting South Road Historical and Cultural District and the northern expansion of the Yueyang Tower Scenic Area and the Yueyang Tower Project (see the expropriation red line map for details).
1. After the expropriation decision is announced, the housing expropriation department organizes the expropriated person to select a real estate price evaluation agency in accordance with the law. The real estate price evaluation agency provides the housing expropriation department with preliminary evaluation results for each household, and the housing expropriation department will The preliminary assessment results will be announced to the expropriated person for 7 days. After the expiration of the publicity period, the real estate price assessment agency provides the overall assessment report and the household assessment report to the housing expropriation department, and the housing expropriation department and the implementing unit forward the household assessment report to the expropriated person.
2. The contract signing period for the expropriation of this project is 90 days (calculated from the date the expropriated person receives the household assessment report). During the contract period, the housing expropriation department shall follow the expropriation compensation standards determined by this plan. , resettlement method and household assessment results, sign an expropriation compensation agreement with the expropriated person, and the expropriated person will vacate the house and complete the relocation according to the time limit specified in the expropriation compensation agreement.
3. If the house expropriation department and the expropriated person cannot reach a compensation agreement within the contract period, or the owner of the expropriated house is unclear, the house expropriation department shall report it to the Yueyang Lou District People's Government to make a settlement based on the expropriation compensation and resettlement plan. Compensation decisions will be made and announced within the scope of house expropriation. If the compensation decision is not fulfilled and no application for administrative reconsideration or administrative litigation is filed within the statutory time limit, the Yueyanglou District People's Government shall apply to the People's Court for compulsory execution in accordance with the law.
