Reflection - as a practitioner, you should "examine yourself three times a day"; goodness - be peaceful and kind, know the nature of goodness; truth - cultivate your body and soul, return to your original nature; be honest - be upright and do good deeds to accumulate virtue. The establishment of Taoist Hall was originally for amateurs to cultivate their moral character and cultivate virtue, and to understand the Tao and do good deeds. Adhere to the teachings of immortals and gods, cultivate good nature, and practice the eight virtues to cultivate one's moral character. Founded
In 1952, in the second year of Renchen, the fourteen founders of the Provincial Shanzhen Church rented a small building on Yingpan Street, Kowloon, where they used futons to learn Taoism and keep their dignity. Altars were also set up to worship Taishang Laojun, Manjusri Guangfa Tianzun, the Great Immortal Master Li Tieguai, and the Great Immortal Master Lu Chunyang, and preached Taoism. Development
In 1959, the Provincial Shanzhen Hall moved to Tam Kung Road, Kowloon, and the hall was more spacious. Since then, the church affairs have developed rapidly, and the number of students has increased. In 1967, the Provincial Shanzhen Church was registered as a "limited company" by the Hong Kong government and approved as a non-profit, tax-free charitable organization. It actively participated in social charity and welfare services, and the church affairs were making progress day by day. In early 1970, Dao Tang purchased the entire building at No. 8 Lu Lun Street, Kowloon Tong, which covers an area of ??more than 10,000 square feet, where Dao Tang is located today. Based on the garden design, the hall has built the Taishang Laojun Hall, Manjusri Hall, Oui Altar, Doumu Pavilion, Memorial Hall, Missing Family Pavilion, etc. It is solemn and quiet, worthy of being a place of Qingxiu. Since 1990, in order to cope with the development of Taoism, the entire No. 7 neighboring house was purchased, and the Sanqing Main Hall, Wenshu Hall, Doumu Pavilion, Luan Tan, etc. were expanded. In 1994, the Guanyin Hall and the Zhuangyan Main Gate Building were added. Although the gods enshrined in each temple are different, they are all solemn and solemn.
