For details, please see the entries: Jianlibao, Black-skinned Winter Melon, Leping Snow Pear Melon, Hehuaque Jianlibao Jianlibao was born in 1984 and contains the health care meaning of "health and vitality". It became an instant hit after the 1984 Los Angeles Olympics and was known as the "Chinese Magic Water." As the first beverage in China to add alkaline electrolytes, Jianlibao took the lead in introducing the concept of sports drinks to Chinese people. Being associated with sports and sponsoring sports events is a concentrated expression of the characteristics of Jianlibao as a sports drink. On August 28, 1994, the tenth anniversary of Jianlibao, with the approval of the International Asteroid Nomenclature Committee, the Purple Mountain Observatory of the Chinese Academy of Sciences named the asteroid No. 3509 discovered by the Purple Mountain Observatory as "Sanshui Jianlibao". This is the first star in the world named after a company. Sanshui Black-skinned Winter Melon Sanshui Black-skinned Winter Melon, as the first certification mark for vegetables in Guangdong Province, was reviewed and approved by the State Trademark Administration in November 2006 by the Sanshui District Agricultural Technology Promotion Center. After a year of publicity and promotion of this certification trademark in 2007, winter melon purchasers from other provinces have initially understood the importance of the trademark and actively requested the district agricultural technology center to provide use of the trademark to facilitate the sales of winter melons. Leping Snow Pear Melon Leping Snow Pear Melon is Sanshui’s second agricultural product certification trademark after Sanshui’s black-skinned winter melon. Leping Snow Pear Melon refers to the Snow Pear Melon produced within the current administrative area of ??Leping Town, Sanshui District, grown in accordance with the standards of the "Leping Snow Pear Melon Production Technical Specifications", and its quality meets the standards of the "Geographical Indication Product Leping Snow Pear Melon". Leping Dabao Zheng Shaozhong, the Minister of War in the late Qing Dynasty, probably never expected that his favorite 1-pound Baobao would become a golden brand. To this day, Sanshui locals and even Guangfo people are attracted to eat Sanshui Leping Dabao. Zheng Shaozhong was nicknamed "Dakou Jin". Legend has it that Zheng Shaozhong ate ordinary steamed buns but found them too small, so the chef made big buns. The Leping steamed buns became popular among the local people. Warning: The grass finch has been listed as an internationally protected migratory bird species and is forbidden to be eaten!
Sanshui was once famous in Guangdong for eating grass sparrows. It is popular among the people that eating graminis has health-care effects. Therefore, in the 1990s, many people from all over Guangdong went to Sanshui to eat graminis. But the grass finch has now become an internationally protected migratory bird, and there are very few left. It’s too late to protect them, and they end up on the dining table during migration, so breeding them is even more nonsense.
