6. The proportion of revenue from high-tech products (services) in the past year to the company’s total revenue in the same period should not be less than 60%.

7. The evaluation of enterprise innovation capabilities should meet corresponding requirements.

8. No major safety or major quality accidents or serious environmental violations occurred within the year before the enterprise applied for certification.

9. The identification of high-tech enterprises adopts a scoring system. A comprehensive score of 70 or above (excluding 70 points) is deemed to meet the identification requirements.
