Time required for registration

(1) One to two months after application, the Trademark Office will issue a "Notice of Acceptance".

(2) About 10 months after application, the Trademark Office will review it.

(3) If the trademark is approved, a "Registration Certificate" will be issued; if not, a "Rejection Notice" will be issued.

( 4 ) The entire process takes about one and a half years.

Remarks: You can choose 10 products in the same category. If there are more than 10 products, an additional 150 yuan will be charged for each additional product.
