If the trademark registrant decides to apply for review, he needs to prepare relevant materials for application for rejection review within the time limit and submit them to the Trademark Review and Adjudication Board, and at the same time pay the official fee of RMB 1,500 for rejection review. After receiving the trademark rejection review application, the Trademark Review and Adjudication Board will send an acceptance notice to the applicant in about two months. The review cycle is generally about one and a half years. After the trademark rejection review process is completed, if the review is successful, the Trademark Review and Adjudication Board will transfer the review results to the Trademark Office, and then make a review announcement in accordance with the procedures. A registration certificate will be issued after no objection is raised; if the review fails, the applicant can submit the review to the Trademark Office within 30 days.
