After receiving the rejection notice, the trademark applicant can first check the items and reasons for the rejection of the trademark. If it is the applicant’s main project, he can apply for trademark rejection review to the Trademark Review and Adjudication Board in a timely manner; if the trademark is rejected The rejected part is significantly different from the type of project operated by the applicant, and you can choose not to review it. If the trademark registrant decides to apply for review, he needs to prepare relevant materials for application for rejection review within the time limit and submit them to the Trademark Review and Adjudication Board, and at the same time pay the official fee of RMB 1,500 for rejection review. After receiving the trademark rejection review application, the Trademark Review and Adjudication Board will send an acceptance notice to the applicant in about two months. The review cycle is generally about one and a half years. After the trademark rejection review process is completed, if the review is successful, the Trademark Review and Adjudication Board will transfer the review results to the Trademark Office, and then make a review announcement in accordance with the procedures. A registration certificate will be issued after no objection is raised; if the review fails, the applicant can submit the review to the Trademark Office within 30 days. Apply to the Intermediate People's Court for litigation.
