Legal adviser's answer: The Trademark Review and Adjudication Board is a statutory body responsible for handling trademark disputes. After the cancellation of the registered trademark, the original registrant loses the exclusive right to use the trademark protected by law, and the original exclusive right to use the trademark is regarded as nonexistent from the beginning. The ruling on revoking a registered trademark, the judgment and ruling on trademark infringement cases made and executed by the former people's court, and the decision on handling trademark infringement cases made and executed by the administrative department for industry and commerce. As well as the trademark transfer or license contract that has been performed, but the trademark registrant maliciously causes losses to others, it shall compensate.
