The company’s chairman and general manager Zhi Jianxi was born in an ordinary coal mining family in Taiyuan City in 1956. He started working in 1976 and became an employee of Taiyuan Food Company. He has been engaged in farming, slaughtering, meat product processing, meat, poultry and egg business and other types of work. After experience in these related types of work, coupled with his active work and outstanding performance, he was transferred to the director of the Hexi Meat Products Processing Plant of Taiyuan Food Company in 1980. During this period, he was awarded the third-class merit in the commercial department for developing new varieties of meat products. He was one of the youngest judges on the Shanxi Provincial Cooked Meat Appraisal Committee at that time. In 1983, in response to the country's call for reform and opening up, he went into business and established the "Zhiguang Meat Products Factory". The "Zhiguang" brand luncheon meat produced at that time was sold well in 17 large vegetable markets in Taiyuan City, and has won many awards in Shanxi Province cooked meat product competitions. . Due to development needs, Taiyuan Zhize Meat Processing Factory was established in 1997 with an area of ??200 square meters and an investment of 500,000 yuan. In 1999, Taiyuan Zhize Food Co., Ltd. was established with an area of ??6 acres and a registered capital of 1 million yuan. It was renamed in 2005. Shanxi Zhize Food Co., Ltd.
