What requirements need to be met?

Merchants who want to modify the store name/store type need to provide: the reason for the new store name modification and the corresponding qualifications. Pay attention to the following requirements:

①Change to a specialty store: Provide a company to settle in Business license or name change application with official seal.

② Modify to a specialty store: Provide trademark registration certificate and authorization letter (if the brand is the same trademark holder, it can be modified. If it is not the same trademark holder, it is recommended that the merchant stop using the redundant brands).

③ Modify to flagship store: Provide trademark registration certificate, exclusive authorization letter issued by the trademark holder, or the only general agent in the country. If the brand has the same trademark holder, it can be modified. If it is not the same trademark Holders, it is recommended that merchants stop using redundant brands.

④Store-type flagship store modification standards: Trademark license industrial and commercial authorization is for more than 35 categories; if the brand is not self-owned, an exclusive authorization letter must be provided.

⑤Official flagship store modification standards: The store owner needs to be the owner of the brand.
