TCM forklift. TCM internal combustion forklifts are generally divided into three categories:
1. Counterbalanced internal combustion forklifts
Generally use diesel, gasoline, liquefied petroleum gas fuel, with a load capacity of 0.5 tons - 45 tons , mostly diesel forklifts above 10 tons.
2. Container forklift (reach stacker)
Using a diesel engine as power, it is a crane used to load and unload containers. Carrying capacity 45 tons.
3. Side forklift
Using a diesel engine as power, with a carrying capacity of 3.0 to 6.0 tons. The fork is installed on the side of the forklift and has the ability to fork goods directly from the side. Therefore, it is mainly used to fork long goods, such as wooden strips, steel bars, etc. 1. TCM counterbalanced electric forklift. The use of AC motors not only improves efficiency and reduces energy consumption, but also reduces maintenance costs. It uses electric motor as power and battery as energy source. Carrying capacity 1.0~3.0 tons. The width of the industrial channel is generally 3.5 to 5.0 meters. Adopt advanced frequency conversion method to control driving. No pollution and low noise.
2. Counterbalanced diesel forklift. It is larger in size, but has good stability and is suitable for heavy loads. There is no limit on the use time and the use location is generally outdoors. Compared with gasoline engines, diesel engines have better power (not easy to stall at low speeds, strong overload capabilities, and long-term operation capabilities) and low fuel costs. However, they have large vibrations, loud noises, large exhaust volumes, heavy weight, high prices, and heavy loads. The quantity can range from 0.5 tons to 45 tons.
3. Counterbalanced gasoline forklift. It is larger in size, but has good stability and is suitable for heavy loads. There is no limit on the use time and the use location is generally outdoors. The gasoline engine has a small appearance, light weight, high output power, low operating noise and vibration, and low price. However, the gasoline engine has poor overload capacity and long-term operation ability, and the fuel cost is quite high. The load capacity can be from 0.5 tons to 4.5 tons.
4. Counterbalanced liquefied petroleum gas forklift (LPG for short). When a liquefied petroleum gas conversion device is installed on a counterbalanced gasoline forklift, it becomes an LPG forklift. The conversion switch can switch between gasoline and liquefied petroleum gas. The biggest advantages of LPG forklifts are good exhaust emissions, carbon monoxide (CO) emissions are significantly less than gasoline engines, and low fuel costs (15KG of liquefied gas is equivalent to 20 liters of gasoline). It is suitable for indoor operations with high environmental requirements.
