Colorful cold vegetables
Ingredients
Half cauliflower, half carrot, 1 pepper, appropriate amount of water-coated fungus, coriander, sugar, vinegar, garlic, Salt, monosodium glutamate, chili oil
Method
1. Wash all vegetables. Break the cauliflower into small halves and cook in boiling water.
2. Add carrot slices, pepper pieces and fungus until cooked, add cold water, drain and set aside.
3. Put the cooked vegetables into a small basin, add a little refined salt, monosodium glutamate, chili oil, coriander, vinegar, and sugar and mix well.
