A: Angang Group Corporation (hereinafter referred to as Angang Group or Angang): established in May 21, it was formed by the joint reorganization of Anshan Iron and Steel Group Corporation (hereinafter referred to as Anshan Iron and Steel) and Pangang Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Pangang). Anshan Iron and Steel was founded in 1916. It is the first large-scale iron and steel complex and the earliest steel production base in New China. It is known as "the cradle of China's steel industry" and "the eldest son of China's steel industry". Pangang is the largest vanadium producer in the world, the largest titanium raw material and an important titanium dioxide production base in China, as well as an important railway steel, seamless steel pipe and special steel production base.
