Elements of a trademark

There is no specific requirement for the color of a trademark, and it can be one or a combination of multiple colors. The term of use of Ukrainian trademarks is ten years. If you want to develop business overseas, you can choose to register a Ukrainian trademark first. If you want to register a trademark, you need to apply for trademark registration first. If you are a producer of goods or a service provider, you can apply. Foreign natural persons and legal persons may also apply for registration through the Ukrainian Patent Office. Before registering a Ukrainian trademark, you need to prepare a power of attorney, a trademark pattern, a designated commodity or a service collective trademark. Only when these items are fully prepared can you apply for Ukrainian trademarks. Iii. Procedures for applying for a Ukrainian trademark

Please prepare the above-mentioned four documents first. After the application documents are accepted, the application date will be awarded. When the application is accepted, it can be corrected within two months or supplemented as required. If the documents are not supplemented within the specified time, the application will be revoked. After the trademark application is approved, it will be announced in the trademark announcement, and a third party may raise an objection. Parliament is approved within six months from the date of submission. The reason for the objection is that the trademark cannot be registered.
