Chengdu TD Tech is a Sino-foreign joint venture jointly established by Siemens and Huawei. The shareholding ratios of the two parties are 51 and 49 respectively. Its main business is to build industry private networks. TD Tech and Honor have too many similarities. For example, they both inherit Huawei genes, rely on technology, have fast response times, and have strong execution capabilities. In other words, TD Tech is the "shadow clone" of Huawei Terminal. TD Tech is a wholly foreign-owned enterprise jointly established by Siemens Communications Group and Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd.
The product relationship between TD Tech and Huawei
TD Tech has also made mobile phones before, but it was an industry-customized terminal, using the self-developed application software of Huawei's mobile TDOS system, focusing on dual systems , safe and customized, with annual shipments of 100,000 units.
TD Tech’s industry-customized terminals have two characteristics. First, the Huawei models used are generally older models from the previous year, and second, they are more expensive. For example, in the year when Huawei launched Mate30, TD Tech’s industry flagship product was Mate20, but the price was comparable to or even higher than the new Mate30.
