It depends on when the name on the health product approval document was created and when the trademark right was created.

The name on the health product approval document is just the name of the health product at the time of registration. It does not mean that the name has acquired any intellectual property rights after registration.

If a trademark is filed with the earlier Trademark Office and is approved for registration after review, then the trademark registrant owns the trademark rights for this trademark.
