What types of reexamination applications does the Trademark Review and Adjudication Board accept?
In accordance with the relevant provisions of the Trademark Law and its implementing regulations, accepting applications under the following circumstances: (1) reviewing the rejection of trademark registration applications by the Trademark Office; (2) Review by the party who refuses to accept the objection ruling of the Trademark Office; (3) Examining the rejection by the Trademark Office of the application for the transfer of a registered trademark; (4) The party concerned refuses to accept the application for renewal of a registered trademark rejected by the Trademark Office; (five) the review of the parties who are not satisfied with the cancellation of the registered trademark by the Trademark Office; (6) Examining the parties who are not satisfied with the cancellation of an improperly registered trademark by the Trademark Office; (seven) the prior trademark owner filed an application for a registered trademark dispute; (eight) any unit or individual shall apply for cancellation of a trademark that is considered to be improperly registered; (nine) other trademark confirmation matters stipulated by laws and regulations.
