The brand registration process is as follows:

1. First, conduct a trademark search.

2. If the applicant is an individual, an individual business license and a copy of the ID card with the same name as the individual business license are required.

3. Within 15 to 45 days after submitting the trademark application, the State Trademark Administration will give the applicant an acceptance notice. You have to go to the trademark agency to collect it.

4. The waiting time to obtain the registration certificate is currently 2 to 3 years depending on the applicant’s registration category.

5. The State Trademark Administration will reject or pass the applicant's review. After passing, the applicant's trademark will enter the announcement period. The announcement period is three months. Any individual or enterprise can raise objections to the trademark. , the trademark being opposed enters the opposition period. The objection period is generally 2-4 years. If the application is rejected, the applicant can apply for a rejection review to the National Trademark Review and Adjudication Board through an agency. The waiting period for rejection review is one year.

6. Those who have no objections after the announcement period can obtain the registration certificate and formally obtain legal protection. It is valid for 10 years and needs to be renewed if you continue to use it after 10 years.

When applying for trademark registration, the applicant shall submit his or her identity document. The name of the trademark registration applicant shall be consistent with the supporting documents submitted.

The provisions of the preceding paragraph regarding the applicant's submission of identity documents shall apply to other trademark matters such as changes, transfers, renewals, objections, and cancellations submitted to the Trademark Office.
