1. Log in to a Nike member account. Click "My Account-Orders" or "Help-My Orders" in the upper right corner of the page. If you have logged in, just click the "Open Free Return for Members" button below. ;

2. select the goods to be returned. Find the order you want to return and click "View or Manage" on the right. Select the goods to be returned, and click "Start Return";

3. Submit the return. Select the reason for the return, and click "Submit Return".

4. put in the return label. Put the "Nike Commodity Package Packing List" into the package you want to return;

5. make an appointment for express delivery. Make an appointment for SF Express or EMS Express, and choose to pay the freight to send the goods back.

Open free return for members

Method 2:

1. Scan the code. Scan the return QR code in the lower left corner of the "Nike Commodity Delivery Note" in the package (see the figure below);

2. Log in as a member. Enter the after-sales worry-free return applet for NIKE members, and log in to the Nike member account;

3. select return. Click "Free Return" to confirm the information and make an appointment for express delivery;

4. make an appointment for express delivery. Put the "Nike Commodity Delivery Note" in the package you want to return, and wait for the courier to pick up the package.
