The Trademark Law stipulates that the scope of legal use of trademarks includes: the trademark logo cannot be changed during use, and can only be reduced or enlarged. Combination trademarks cannot be used separately. Single trademarks can be used in combination. Black and white trademarks can be used in color. Colored trademarks cannot be changed in color. It is recommended that you design the trademark font again later and submit a separate application. This way, the pass rate will be high and you can legally use the trademark pattern you want.
