At the 2006 Loquat Festival, Li Fagen became famous by performing a blindfolded performance of cutting cloud cakes. At the opening ceremony of the Tangqi Loquat Festival on May 27 last year, Dong Qing, a well-known CCTV host, was filled with admiration after watching Fagen's blindfolded cake-cutting performance. Li Fagen has always been proud of this.

In the 2011 Tangqi Loquat Festival traditional pastry competition in Hangzhou, China, Fagen Pastry once again won the honor and was rated as the "Top Ten" Chinese traditional pastry snacks by consumers.

Fagen Food’s “tea and pastries” have applied for provincial intangible cultural heritage projects, and at the opening ceremony of this year’s Intangible Cultural Heritage Protection Month in Yuhang District, Li Fagen won the title of “Top Ten Folk Craft Experts” title.

The company currently has 80 employees. The company's scale includes the main store and old factory in Tangqi (now made and sold), and 12 Fagen pastry specialty stores, located in Linping and Pingyao , Xiaoshan, Dingqiao and the main urban area of ??Hangzhou.
