Recognition conditions: Applications for recognition of famous trademarks should meet the following conditions:
(1) The applicant is the owner of the registered trademark and his domicile is within the administrative region of this province;
(2) The trademark has been used continuously for three years from the date of registration approval, and there is no ownership dispute;
(3) The goods using the trademark are of excellent quality among similar goods and have been maintained for a long time. It is stable and has good after-sales service, and the trademark has high visibility and good reputation among the relevant public;
(4) The output, sales, and sales volume of the goods using the trademark in the past three years Major economic indicators such as tax payment and market share rank among the top in the same industry in the province, and have a wide sales area;
(5) The applicant has not infringed the exclusive rights of others to register trademarks in the past three years and other serious illegal business activities;
(6) The applicant has strict trademark use, management and protection measures in production and business activities.
