(7) Except for printing plants designated by the public security organs that can sell type, no other unit or individual may engage in the business of selling type. Type is not allowed to be lent or given away at will;

(8) Printed materials must be printed with serial numbers and printing times, and must be submitted to the local police station for filing on a monthly basis in accordance with the specified sample delivery scope, quantity, and requirements.
