My advice: Don’t go!
First of all, Jingxin’s benefits are still good, providing free breakfast, meal supplements at noon, and holiday benefits are passable, but that’s all!
1. First of all, after joining the company, the company will break down your salary into a mess, including basic salary, performance salary, etc. The basic salary is only a few thousand, which means you can only pay two to three hundred to the provident fund. You will have to pay medical insurance, and the company promised to give you a settlement allowance during recruitment, but it will not be given to you as soon as you join the job. Instead, it will be given to you in three years, a little each year. If you leave early, it will be fully recovered. (I didn’t get a single point)
2. Deduction of salary. As I said before, the salary is broken down for you. One item is performance salary, and the proportion is quite large. When I resigned, all my performance for the month was deducted. It’s not written in the contract, it’s just such a scam!
3. Forced overtime work. When talking to human resources, it was voluntary to work overtime. After joining the company, R&D suddenly informed me that forced overtime work was required, and human resources personnel did not know about it. There is no overtime pay, at least 35 hours per month, and the overtime hours are linked to performance. If the overtime hours are not enough, you can only do the quarterly evaluation, let alone the year-end bonus. The company's meetings often take up employees' off-duty time, and it seems that all your time is bought up after they pay you a salary. There are so many people in regular meetings, and it is very inefficient to talk about each one one by one. Can't we learn the project management system and the group division of labor system? A project manager is responsible for organizing the project progress of his team in a detailed and timely manner without taking up the valuable time of the R&D staff. He has to have a room full of people reporting in turn, falling behind, falling behind, falling behind.
4. There is no rest, no annual leave in the first year of employment (there are twelve days of paid leave during the Chinese New Year, be realistic), no company leave, and no compensation for overtime work! Don't even think about 1:1 time off. The boss I met at that time was good and allowed me to write paper time off. However, I always felt like I was begging the company for overtime work. Obviously we have the right to work overtime and time off. Of course you are lucky. If you're not as good as me, just work hard and don't think about taking time off.
5. Comba will issue year-end bonuses around May, but newcomers basically don’t get much year-end bonuses in the first two years. Year-end bonuses of at least two months are for old employees, and new employees have a probation period of three If you become a full-time employee after one month of service, you will get the year-end bonus. If the first anniversary happens to miss May, the year-end bonus for the first two years will basically be wasted. Therefore, when discussing the year-end bonus, it is recommended to write the agreed content into the contract. Have your own protection.
6. There is too much pressure. R&D is the nanny and has to do everything. The laboratory is divided into assembly groups and test groups. Experts can see the problem at a glance. Once your antenna passes their group, If a problem arises again, no one can be found to pretend it, so the radio frequency and structure can only pretend it themselves. After all, they are not a group responsibility system, so they can just eat from the big pot. If assembly is not scheduled, the RF and structure have to be installed by themselves, tested, dropped, and packed with packaging materials. The RF is even worse. They often make prototypes all night long, and most of the work is done by technicians, which is very detrimental to their own growth.
7. Why is R&D so stressful? Because of the inaction of other departments, not long after I joined the company, I was running around trying to push for materials. What was the person responsible for receiving materials doing? You guessed it - everyone in the room is playing King, except for a person named Ouyang who is doing business. This point must be clarified. People who are doing business cannot be falsely accused, and this is not an exception. The experimenter of the new product department is working. During this period, he was also beating the king, but his leader was just beside him without asking anything. Later, someone took a picture of him. His leader panicked and contacted various leaders to deal with the situation. In the end, the person who took the picture reported criticism, and the leader received merit for supervision. Praise, fun!
I am convinced that a company is so confused.
To be honest, I used to admire Combinson very much, but after I went there, I found it very disappointing. It didn’t have the execution efficiency, fairness and strictness that a big company should have, there was a lot of blame-shifting, and work was scattered everywhere. . If you want to join Capital Credit, I suggest you still consider it. After all, no matter how good your words are before joining the company, if he changes his mind after joining the company, can you still go back to the original company?
