You just made the filing, and have you completed the change procedures? If you have cooperated and completed the change procedures, you will no longer be able to change or withdraw it.

If you have just signed a contract and have not cooperated with the registration and filing procedures to complete the change, you can withdraw and regret it, but you must comply with the liability for breach of contract.
