Huazhou Village is located at the junction of Quanzhou City and Jinjiang City Center. It is the construction center of "Quanzhou Half-hour Urban Agglomeration" and is known as "the south gate of Quanzhou and the north gate of Jinjiang". Xia Quan Highway (national highway 324 double track) and Quan 'an Highway (provincial highway 306 line) pass through the territory, backed by Jiang Bin Road, with superior geographical location and convenient transportation. At present, there are 380 households in the village, with a total population of 1627 and a total population of 70 in party member. Huazhou Village covers an area of about 400 mu, and the downstream beach outside the dike is about 150 mu. Because the two village committees attach great importance to the village construction, Huazhou Village has been awarded the titles of "Five Good Village Party Branch", "Advanced Militia Camp" and "Family Planning Qualified Village" by Jinjiang City for five consecutive years, and has also been awarded the honor of "Rich and Civilized Village" by Quanzhou Municipal Committee and Quanzhou Municipal People's Government.

With the pace of reform and opening up, under the leadership of the Party Committee and the government, the vitality of Huazhou Village has been further developed. In the construction of village enterprises, our village actively creates conditions for enterprises to settle down. At present, more than 20 enterprises such as Fuxin and Jindaisi have settled in our village. Among them, the "Yalide" sports shoes produced by Quanzhou Qiu Huan Shoes and Clothing Co., Ltd. are well-known trademarks of China; Huazhou Aquatic Products Wholesale Market is one of the earliest private markets in Fujian Province and even the whole country. Huazhou Aquatic Products Joint Development Company was rated as "National Leading Enterprise of Agricultural Industrialization" by eight national ministries and commissions.

In terms of the construction of village appearance, the two village committees regard our village as an important part of the transformation of Qiaonan District, and take the initiative to seize the opportunity to build a high-standard and high-level city sub-center, business entertainment area, business office area, elderly residential area and citizen square according to the relevant requirements of their superiors, which constitutes the urban space of the new town in Qiaonan District. After the reconstruction of 20 10 North Project, all the original houses in the village were demolished and rebuilt, and now all the villagers have moved back to Huazhou Village. The living environment has completely changed the dirty, chaotic and poor sanitary conditions of the previous villages, and the village appearance has been re-integrated. The transformation of the old village allowed the villagers to "enter the city" and began to enjoy the city-like life.

Huazhou Village is adjacent to Maocuo Village, Xiamei Village, Qingcun Village, Yugan Village, Yingbian Village, Chaita Village, Shichun Village, Yuxian Village, Panhu Village, Tangcuo Village, Dazhou Village, Dongshan Village, Gufu Village and Liushi Village.

On September 1 day, 2020, Ali Research Institute announced Taobao Village in 2020, and Huazhou Village was on the list.

There are some tourist attractions near Huazhou Village, such as qinglian temple, Pan Hu Buddha Pagoda, Qing _ Qingliu Temple, Chidian Chengtou Lin Ancestral Hall, Chidian Imperial Ancestral Hall and Qiantou Champion. There are also special products such as Shenhu peanuts, Shenhu sugar taro, Shenhu dried squid, Shenhu laver and Shenhu Balang preserved.
